Realistic lesbian erotica?

To the point, I'm looking for lesbian erotica delivered in the most realistic possible... preferably a first-timer's experience, but I'll read everything. I'm not very confident in my ability to write for female characters and I'm even less confident in my ability to do it with interest in another woman, but damnit, I'm going to do it and I'm going to do it as true-to-life as I possibly can.

So any good references on literotica?

Thanks HeyAll, that's a very simple/obvious solution I should have thought about.

I really didn't want to flip through dozens of "double-D Daisy,, the blonde, buxom cheerleader explores her fantasies with a sorority sister" just to find one with a believable plot.

i think you can find, by search, lesbian erotica that is viewed as 'realistic' or at least, intriguing, and read by lesbians, by search methods that avoid obvious labels that suggest pitfalls, e.g. 3 way stories. for example. 'first love.'

as to whether the stories are written by lesbians, or even women, and are *realistic because the author is drawing upon direct experience,* that's a bit tricky. one never quite knows on the 'net, and at least one of Literotica's best known and praised, apparently female, writer of lesbian-oriented stories was a male.

i'd say your best bet is to plug into a forum frequented by lesbians and find recommendations, though again, whether any given person at a forum is what they say, is always subject to possible doubt. iirc, a recent lesbian blogger from Syria, was found to be an American man.

good luck.

realism

Honest to goodness butch here. As far as realism in sex scenes goes, there's just so many different ways two women can please each other it's hard to say, but I've done a good bit of reading here, in that section, and I haven't seen anything I haven't done at one time or another. First times and a believable plot, well, I can vouch for one of my own submissions http://www.literotica.com/s/lucky-day-1. Other than the fact that I added in Fred the jealous pet and having to escape out the window I've been there more than once. Being Butch is obvious and lonely soccer Moms in Lowes or Home Depot in the middle of the day have hit on me, though I generally try to avoid that kind of thing personally.

I know what you newbie actually. Most lesbian drifts and porn feels really fake. They say all men are supposed to love lesbians... I just find it boring and transparent.

Your words encourage me to post a story I wrote not too long ago. When it's finally approved I would love feedback on whether you think it's very realistic. I'm hoping the art of discovery shines through to deliver a realistic impression.

I have a new series out that you might like called, A Life Moves In, or some of my other ones fall into that category.

I'm working on a story now that has plenty of depth to it, hopefully a slow-burn of a story. One of the main plots is a secret crush between best friends. It's partially autobiographical.

I am guess from your comment that are not a woman... I would guess that a man attaempting to write believable lesbian erotica is as difficult as vice versa a woman writing through the eyes, emotions and feelings of a man. I have tried writing male characters and it just doesn't work for me...my male partner tells me that a man would 'not say that', or 'would never do that', and would certainly never 'feel like that', my girl partners says that my male characters come across as borderline queens.

The old guidelines for authors are often written from experience... write about what you know, you will be comfortable with it, the reader will be comfortable with it.
