Why do the story theads always have to be realistic? The answer is obviously they don't, but it seems like any low rating I have recieved has been related to the fact the thread was not realistic.

In reading some of the other threads, and comments that I have recieved back from people on my own stories I find myself wishing there was some way to let the reader know that this story is not realistic, I know it is not realistic, and I like the fact it is not realistic.

Sometimes I just like to write about 15 inch cocks, grossly huge tits, and fucking 15 times a night. Why? Beacuse it is fun and tests my writing in another way than writing realistic stories.

I also enjoy writing realistic threads and it is a challange to keep a plot line toether and mix in a bunch of sex somewhere there also. I enjoy the stories that have the realistic element a great deal.

I don't know what other poeple think about this, does it always have to be real? Is there a place to just write nasty, beat your meat to it, porn?

So speak up, any other thoughts on this subject?

Thanks.

:D

I agree, jakelyon

I thought this was supposed to be the place for hardcore, beat-your-meat porn. Maybe a disclaimer in the 'about' section or separate category for 'fantasy' or hentai type sex?

hey you know I am on you two guys sides

But depens on the story really. Some people like a little story with there porn. make them seem real and more erotic I guess. Show the level of realsim I write depends on who I am writing for

that why I may be writing insane one minut

and normal the other minut like when I am doing a story for niceguy or something

Taking you to school.

:Attention:
Today, I would like to take you to school with a spelling lesson. I won't waste your time like some of these other Chyoo members.
The 2 words we will be examining today in this spelling lesson are, minute and realism.

Now, repeat after me.

M-I-N-U-T-E

Notice that there is an E on the end of the word. The incorrect spelling would be MINUT.

Time for our second word.

R-E-A-L-I-S-M

An incorrect arrangement of letters such as, realsim, changes the word completely. Now instead of having REALISM, we have a computer game called REALSIM.

This lesson has been brought to you by Lilguy2.

Oh boy, I soooo agree with your jakelyon! :)

Less than half my threads meet the "realistic" standard. And well, I like it that way, waddyawant.

I have one story in French that is totally wacky. As far as nonsense go, it's about as wacky as... as... er... say, the story is set in Toon Town just to kinda justify the strange things going on. If you've seen "Who Framed Roger Rabbit", you know how weird that place can get. :)

But of course, that story was nuked into oblivion as far as votes and comments go. Well duh. It wasn't meant to be at all realistic. Geez, it's set in Toon Town, and in the very first thread it is made clear "normality" there is not even remotely close to "normality" as we know it.

On the other hand, I'd understand if somebody complained about something totally unrealistic happening in a story that was very close to reality for the first few threads.

But geez... Anyway...

Bleh. I can't put my thoughts in words today... I'm with you, jake. :)

What is realism?

My only input is:

Realism is great if it's portrayed throughout the entire story and all threads! Otherwise.... let it go...

The only other thing is, the difference between "realism" and "conceivable". I feel that in CHYOO ... conceivable is more the norm than realism!

Whaddaya think?

You have a point there. :)

In my case, sometimes only realism goes out the window... but yeah, sometimes the "conceivable" part is missing too. :p
