I’ll go first. Ice skating!

I was bad as a kid. But now I’ve got this cool balance and core strength from rock climbing. It will be better, right?

Not according to my sore ass and elbow it won’t 🤕

Doesn’t help your partner having paroxysms about your incompetence either 😡

That and the five year olds speeding past me. One literally did two loops round me sitting on the ice.

Anything that involves aiming, with the exception of darts and that's probably because that involves alcohol which serves as an equalizer of sorts.
I am terminally right handed and criminally left eye dominant. I got bit by a dog when I was four and almost lost my right eye.
No worries, though, It's correctible to a usable degree and I love dogs. (no not like that, you perverts) 😛

That sounds awful 😢

Bowling. Like so bad you can put those foam things in the gutters like they do for kids, and I'm still awful.

It was at the time. Evidently, I walked into the house, not crying at all, walked up to my mom and just said, "Mommy, Peanut bit me." with my right eye hanging down my cheek. Urban legend says my mom did not react well.

I've been playing dart leagues off and on for over 30 years. Have a bunch of 301 trophys because I'm good at math so always know what I'm going for without thinking.

I'm legally blind in my right eye, and left handed, yet somehow I have great aim and hand eye coordination.

This'll get ya' - I suck at piano, and pipe organ. Anything with a keyboard. Despite seven years of lessons on both. Hand me pretty much any wind instrument, I'm aces, and professional on several. Keyboards? I stink. It's a left hand vs. right hand thing - I don't have the neuromotor ability to disconnect them.

I love throwing darts and just learned to compensate. My right eye kind of makes a shadow image of the board I can aim at, so. Lot's of 8T0s in my history and once took out a guy in Cricket in ten darts.

Don’t you use both hands for like clarinets and flutes?

I’m terrible at reading bad intent when it isn’t clear and obvious. I generally assume people are benevolent and honest and take them at face value. It’s been a big problem for me at times.

Straight faced sarcasm was beyond me as a kid. It might be part of how I got so many signals crossed growing up.

A very wise man(my dad) once told me to always forgive, because that's you letting go. Just don't forget or you'll get hurt a second time.

I stand all the way to the right of the line, so the entire board is to my left and I throw in a weird side arm arc. Funny thing, if I'm playing cricket I suck at 18, like I have to hurry to close the 19's so I can get some points because it takes me awhile to get the 18

But....if its 301 and say I need an 18 then a double whatever? I hit the 18 no trouble...its like a mental block of some sort.

That’s good advice for the most part.

I had to deal with self absorbed and toxic people in my family. Learning that their issues were their own and not my fault is what made life finally seem worth living.

I still have issues with forgiveness. I understand it intellectually but I still have a hard time letting go of the hurt.

Dealing with people with borderline personality disorder can really fuck with your mind.
