Real life experiences. I imagine that it was some type of party, and this girl who might have been know for being game for partying the at least one member of the frat who she was into. What she didn't realize that she was being setup.

She is bewildered, but thinks that maybe the guy really likes her. She spots him out on the yard with some of the guys that had used her body for their amusement. They are laughing and joking about that night.

When she goes up to the girl who she thought liked her, he embarrasses her for his and his frat bros amusement. "She going to cry....hahaahahaa!"

She is too embarrassed to even tell anyone of the "experience." However, they are not. They brag about it all over the campus. Everywhere she goes and even in her glasses, people are talking about how big of a slut she is.

Her grades drop, and eventually she leaves school broken.
