Hey all. I've got a few stories up on the site already, and I've recieved good reviews on most of them, but not many people seem to be reading them (or at least voting). Except, oddly enough, for "Lip Lock", a newer story I wrote which recieved a ton of votes... odd... anyway, I'd like some kind folks to read a newer work of mine, "Giallo Blues". I'd really love feedback on how it is, as it is kind of a new direction I'm taking. Or at least I'd like some people to read it... Thanks in advance for your time!

It's not odd that your new story has more votes than the older stories. All of the votes prior to the installation of the new scripts are not recorded in the new database. There is a technical difficulty in converting them because of different data file formats.

So only votes cast since early Dec are shown in the totals you see when you check the status. Eventually, the older stories will pick up some votes as people who like your new stories check your author's page for more of your work.
