This is to all the people I write with;

My Syrophenikon thread has been locked pending a investigation. I was duly informed in a PM by Sweetp that a decision would be made following some untrue and lies and innuendo by some people on this forum.

In no way is this thread a copyright or someone else's work.

This is a smear campaign directed at me by people who just lie and not face me face to face. This thread was up for 6 weeks and now it recieves a complaint?

This thread has been my heart and soul of a idea and a story i write continuously at home. It is my idea, my passion. I ask for those people who complained to come forward and just say the truth.

I would like to see this 'proof' that was given to the moderator, I would like to verify it's authenticity.

I came to literotica to get away from people who were backstabbing and cruel, only to find them who call you friends to lie and decieve me the most.

I ask those who complained out of lies and dislike of me to retract the complaints and let me and the lovely people I write with get on with the stories.

I am sorry Sienna, Poohlive, Sweetp and Gray, PP, Flower, Machiavellian and Kat. It seems I may have my membership cancelled over pure lies. I am disapointed and hurt at this.

If I am gone, I just wanted to say how much of a pleasure and pure joy it was to write with you all.

I will keep my writing partners informed and my PMs are open.

I would imagine that something taken from a web page and claiming it for your own is righteous? Since you've done it more than a few times, that makes most of what you write suspect.

This is also in religious books, some of the above is covered in the bible again I was setting the mood.

The WWIII thread was again using a article as a mood setter. I did wrong there and fully admit to that and I have said sorry and will not pursue that thread WWIII.

I have given my side of the issue to Sweetp. She has my side. The matter of the fact is this. I used only 2 external references to set a mood for my thread. The Yin Yang comment that is not copyright. Sweetp has checked and seen that that is right it is not copy righted.

I will now state where i got the poem from and from what source again, not copyrighted. I will remove that poem when my thread is unlocked.

I can only say I opened my heart up to Maid and she has used much of what i have told her against me out of some deluded way to get back at me.

There is only one problem and i will fix that up. Why? Thankyou for not giving me the benefit of the doubt.

Alright, please. enough.

The Yin/Yang was researched BY me and found to be worded exactly as it stands, on two other websites exactly how he worded it. BUT there is no copy rights on 5 of the 10 sites I visited explaining Tsu Chi.

It is not used in a sense that the entire article was used, merely a small portion which is also common knowledge. I didn't know this until researching, so it isnt common to all of us. Anyway, it's cleared up.

The poem I am not sure about. One site said copy righted and another didn't. But they were made by two different people, both using the same poem. It could or couldn't be 'fair use' so I asked PV to quote it with the author's name, unaltered.

To settle this, however public it's become now, I ask PV to 'give credit where credit is due' with the two comments. The other thread in question was removed.

He didn't know the rules then, now he does. This is why I linked the Forum Guide Lines at the top of SRP, those who didn't know we have rules, now you can find them.

I hope this appeases everyone, and we get on with our regular scheduled prgrams
