Re: English soap opera fantasies

Hello.

I am a huge fan of UK soap opera erotic fiction and have been pleased by the two Coronation Street offerings on this site. BUT, I am not that easily pleased! Is there ANYBODY out there who would like to write a story about any of the UK soaps? In particular, Brookside has many gorgeous cahracters such as Emily and Timothy O'Leary, Jacqui Dixon and Nikki Shadwick.

I have been very pleased with spurt-reynolds offerings as a result of my postings so I am hoping there is someone else out there, willing to do it. As I work for Firebox.com (hope my colleagues dont visit this site!).......

I'll leave the storyline open to any potential writers, remember I am begging you for some good new material (!), and if any more motivation is needed I have a £5 gift voucher for Firebox.com to anyone who writes a story.

If anyone has stories but does not want to submit them for personal reasons (read: the one "Corrie Street" story bombed so he didn't post the other dozen or so), please, please send me them at bicelebs@literotica.org. The address is also available for any proof reading of new stories before they are submitted, if you like. I will ALWAYS give feedback.

So, there you have it. A real competition, not only for the £5, but for the title of GREATEST SOAP EROTIC FICTION WRITER!

I hope there are some takers!

I don't know if this is the right place to say this, but as the author of the "Corrie Street" story. I was surprised to learn here that it had "bombed". The readers who sent me feedback were unanimously enthusiastic. I was also surprised to read that I'm not going to post any more. I have every intention of doing so when they are ready. Does he know what I'm thinking about having for Sunday Dinner.
Bicelebs pleaded for me to send him a copy of the first story before I posted it. It wasn't a lot of trouble but it took some of my time. The feedback he sent me was "I haven't read it yet," followed by suggestions for other storylines. I don't get pissed off easily but unless I have seriously misread his posting I am pissed off now.

apologies.......

i sincerely apologise. i didnt mean to offend anyone. i assumed (wrongly) that there were no more stories as i have been sending email after email to you, later finding out i'd used the wrong address on each. on realising this, i tried to find a way of removing threads from the forum but could not do so. again i apologise and i really do look forward to your next story. its just there are so many authors on this site who write one chapter of a great story then leave for what seems like months before coming back. i hope you wont hold a grudge aginst me for too long!

truce?

Apology accepted. I'd had a bad day and saw a convenient target. As you suggested, truce!

ok. i do accept i was wrong in saying what i said as i had no right to speak for you, and for that im sorry.

anyway, back to the intended core of this thread: we need more soap opera erotica!

fancy a joint crusade? (to take over the world, he adds in a sly tone).

oh, i had to laugh at this thought:
~youre called shyjohn yet you went ballistic at me for posting gthat thread! lol! i just found that funny. NOT in a sarcastic way, i am still being genuine.

COME ON THIS THREAD ISN'T LIVELY ENOUGH!!!!!!

I don't want to be rude, but maybe it is because no one has any interest in your idea, or no access to the source material?

I, for one, only get Coronation Street on Sunday mornings on CBC. That is, I would if I cared to watch soaps. I don't know about what shows Americans may or may not receive, but they'd probably be more into General Hospital and Guiding Light, or something.

Continually bumping this thread most likely won't result in anyone else picking up their pens and writing a story for you. Accept the fact that you comprise a small interest group and deal with it. ShyJohn likes the genre, and writes in it. He's on record as saying he will write more stories one day. Chill out, Bro! Tales are on the way. Wait for ‘em.

How about you spend some of your time not on excessive request posting but on Fanfic Story Writing? No one can produce good Fanfic like a die-hard fanatic.

Bicelebs, I think you qualify.
