My cast comes off Tuesday thank goodness. I had an idiotic accident in my garden that resulted in a broken wrist almost a month ago. It's been the second incident of bad luck, or misfortune, depending on how you view things, that I've had happen in the last 4 months. I'm hoping stuff won't come in threes, and I still have a third blip to happen on my radar.

I have a very good friend that lives about 2 states away and she got drunk last night and I needed to be there for her but couldn't because of the distance.

Sometimes I just wish that she was closer. She's like a sister to me.
