The forums have been so quiet. I miss the old topics that just used to continue on about nothing for ages. So who's with me dribbling crap???

Hello,
you should have called this the "dribbling crap" thread.

So let the crap flow...

Do any of you guys and girls watch Children's cartoons? If so, who watches Jimmy Neutron? I am watching it as I type this. I think I like it because it's not an ugly looking cartoon, instead it's made in CG. The characters look almost like claymation... It's the style of Monsters Inc. and Toystory.

Next topic...
I am going to WWE: Smackdown tuesday night. See, the show is taped on Tuesday and aired on Thrusday. I am uncertain what kind of signs I am going to take with me. If anybody is interested I'll let you know how the show goes.

That's all the crap I got.

I didnt think it would be such a good idea to leave dribbling crap as the subject for this forum so I went with randomness. Let us know what sign your are going to hold up and I will look for it on the TV. We just had Chuck Pulumbo and Johnny "The Bull" Stambonie over here promote Smackdown when it comes to Perth.

My favorite cartoon is "Daria" formerly of MTV, now on the "N". I also enjoy Justice League, Batman Beyond, and classic Looney Tunes (Duck Dodgers is a pale shadow of what once was and will never be again. Animaniacs came close, but...)

Well, I have a 3 year old son, so cartoons are a necessity. But I'm also an Otaku, so therefore Anime is also a necessity. I have him hooked on Ranma, and yes, he got me hooked on Jimmy Neutron (at least it's not Spoungebob, Patrick remonds me of my father-in-law).

Unfortunately, we don't have the cartoon network anymore :)() but when we did, I thoroughly enjoyed The Tick. I heard there was a real-life movie in the making. I hope they'll do it right, it's such a crazy universe. If they do, it'll be kinda like Mystery Men II to me... *snif* :)

Just some more crap...

Spongue Bob, seemed to come out of nowhere. I had never heard of it, up until about 9 months ago. Now, it's HUGE! The first time I ever saw Spongue Bob was in a retail store and it was a kid's backpack. I said to my wife, "Look, it's cheese-head!" I thought he was a block of cheese! She had a good laugh over this. Now that I have watched the show I saw, "Look it's Cheese-Head and Penis-Head" Patrick looks like a big dick to me! lol.

Another Caroon I enjoy is Family Guy. It falls into the adult oriented cartoons, like Bevis and Butthead, SouthPark, Simpsons.

Oh yeah, about Smackdown. I don't know about there, but it airs tonight on UPN here. I had two signs... one read "QUIT STEPH" and the other said "BIG SHOW STINKS" and had a pile of crap on it. I think my Quit Steph sign made it on TV. For those of you who don't know. Stephanie McMahn is the current GM of Smackdown! and Vince (her father and CEO) wants her to quit. He refuses to fire her. Istead he is going to make her quit in an "I quit" match. The way that works is, the only way to win is make your opponent say "I quit." Simple huh?

One more thing I want to point out about TV. Fox has a new series airing on the 20th of this month called "Skin" it looks pretty interesting. Might be worth checking out.

that's all the crap I can squeeze out for now... oh wait, there's more!

Matrix: Revolutions opens on Nov. 5th.

Also, Stephen King's Dark Tower 5: Wolves of the Calla, will be in book stores Nov 5th. (Hardcover only, Paperback will be in June 04)

Get the plunger!

Hello,
wow, I am surprised how quick this thread has went silent. Well if nobody has anything to talk about I will talk.

The only thing I really want to mention is a Chyoo story that I found interesting. I wanted to point it out of others who might not have read it yet. Right now nobody has contributed to the story except the author and myself. The story is... A Bad Loan by, SparkyMan My thread has not yet been aproved, as I sent it yesterday. Have a read, and let me know any thoughts.

Quiet.....too quiet.

(Looks about the place, and note with regret that it's quite subdued. Sighing he swirls the drink in his hand. The ice jiggles against the glass....)

Imhotep: Most everybody seems to be taking a hiatus. That's regretable. So, seen anything interesting on the 'net lately? Better yet, any websites to reccomend?

(Brining the drink to his lips, he drinks deeply, and set his empty glass back on the bar...)

Not too much...

I'll drink to that!

Well ya know, I haven't really visited too many outstanding sites lately. So nothing of interest on that note. I do have something for XBOX owners that they might find great. I know I do.

On November 4th 2003, Rockstar Games will be releasing a Grand Theft Auto 3 / Vice City - 2 in 1 set for the XBOX. The games will feature better graphics as well as some extras. I don't know the price, but I'd assume it would be as much as a normal game.

Also, on the same day EA Games will release Lord Of The Rings: Return Of The King for the XBOX. It will play much like the Two Towers game and follow the movies.

That's all for now.
