It's the holiday season, and it makes me very sad that nobody ever posts in your threads. So here is my gift to you: A JohnnyPost of your very own.

The interesting thing about this meme of the Muslim celebrations over 9/11 is that the American Free Press ran a story shortly after 9/11 saying that Zionists celebrated 9/11. It showed some alleged Israeli Mossad agents on a roof having toast and celebrating.

The idea being that Israel was the big winner in 9/11 because it meant the US had to get more deeply involved in the Middle East and fight Israel's enemies directly, something Israel had wanted for a long time. They even had pictures of the alleged celebrations.

I'm not sure what the point is though. Who the hell cares? Americans celebrated the start of both Gulf Wars against Iraq. I remember being in the grocery store when they announced over the radio that the bombing had started in the first Gulf War, people were cheering and celebrating and Iraq hadn't even done anything to us. Personally the behavior made me sick and changed my view of US foreign policy.

You know what? Its no loss so far as I'm concerned. I spent my whole life spoiling the grading curves for the cool kids.
