However victims of false rape accusations are in a unique situation that falsely accused in other crimes don't get put into - when you're accused of rape in college, your rights go right out of the window.
You don't even get a fucking trial to prove your innocence.
Men who get accused of rape are at risk of getting KILLED for it.

Yes, and solely because she made those accusations, she's got the rest of the world backing her up. She's an icon now.Wasn't the whole point of her carrying the mattress to protest that the university did an investigation and the accused was cleared of all charges?
That's entirely possible.It is sad that women have that card to play, or that they play it. Pathetic really. I would be willing to bet though (and no I have not researched it) that as many women do not report rape on a college campus for whatever reason as men get unfairly accused of rape. Neither instance is worse than the other, and neither instance should ever happen.
