Well one of the great things about President Obama running and eventually being elected President of the United States of America is it has really brung the racists out of the woodwork.

I remember when i was the only one labeled so here, and ironically I dated a black gal and voted for President Obama and have enjoyed a change of persepective.

Some of the latecomers here are the real deal.

Initially ...during the election I really thought the racism was kept to a dull roar and I thought maybe....Maybe?

I was wrong. Racism is alive and well just like I said back in the day. Hidden away...in soccer moms, and AARP members.

It's not even disguised anymore or implied. It's blatant.

There are people at this very moment sitting in their chairs trying to figure out how to murder this man.

You and I both know it.

Im sure the Secret Service is very busy these days tracking down and monitoring these kooks.

I agree. Totally.

Just wondering if you had to be republican to be a racist or just an asshole? I was unaware that you had to be affiliated with a specific party.

And you pulled that "factoid" out of your partisan ass as usual.

It's unlikely he has watched Michael Steele's public appearances over the past few years, as he can't even spell the guys name.

You know... Michael Steele, the RNC chairman, former Lt. Gov. of Maryland... the African-American that gets Oreo cookies tossed at him at every public event he speaks at.

yes because strom thurman was known for his love of all races. republicans are the pary of segregation. hell look at the nixon quote in my sig.

His name is Strom Thurmond, and he was a Democrat during the Civil Rights era and opposed civil rights legislation, as most Democrat legislators did at the time

Christ, you are stupid. Or maybe just undereducated.

I'm a J.C. Watts fan myself. I'd love to see him run for Prez.

Oh yeah, that sure makes it true about ALL Republicans doesn't it.

not all but here are a few examples.

nope no rascism in the republicans outside strom thurman who ran on the segrgationist ticket and fathered illegitimate children with his black underage house keepers. none at all

Geez guys, get your panties untwisted racism is alive and well in most everybody.

Everyone hates unknown members of whatever color they are not, heck everyone hates people from a specific country or countries. Individuals that are nice and they get along with are not on the hated list, because they are nice and agreeable to the other.

People have a herd mentality basically, hate everyone they don't know at all, tolerate some they barely know, and like most of the people they know well.

It doesn't even matter if it's true, or factual.

Perception is everything and you belong to the party of No, and the party of we hate the blacks and mexicans.

Deal with it internaly if it's a problem for you.

Dont blame us.

yes and the democrats became more pro civil rights he and other segregationist left the party and became republicans where their views were more welcome. they became known as the dixiecrats. they saw that their party would not tolerate rascism so they went somehwere that would. the republican party which welcomed them and their views with open arms. i know my history. apparently you do not.

Show me where any of that was inspired by Republicans and not some asshole trying to make a buck.

go back and look at the first one. barbera bush didnt say that to make a buck se was expressing her old wrinkled rascist opinion. or the nixon quote in my sig? did he say that for money. it wouldnt matter if he did and the other things were made for money. they were bought and worn and held for the camera by republicans.

Oh yeah, that sure makes it true about ALL Republicans doesn't it.

too bad you have problems reading (I suggest reading the gnat's original post again). There are night time courses available to help this problem...free of charge. It really isn't your fault you have this problem, but it is your fault if you do nothing about it.

A fan of what? He hasn't been in office in at least six years.

Are you actually from OK and followed his career? Or did you just pull the name of A Black Republican Guy out of a hat? If you aren't form OK, I find it hard to believe you have legitimately followed the career and beliefs of a person who was a short term member of the House, and from a sparsely populated state at that.
