Indeed many Asians blame the hieght differnce on envoirnment, which is not true. Agreed Asians have grown taller lately but in general they are still behind Europids and Arricans.

Feed a child a load of protein, vitamins and a generally healthy diet, they'll grow more.

No steak in Japan = no tall people

Craploads of steak in USA, UK, and europe = some very tall people.

Besides I have to provide a fact. It seems three groups in the subcontinent have higher intelligence (I.Qs) that puts them above the bracket as Ashkenazis, N.E Asians and N.Europeans. They are the South Indian Brahmins(Guys like Rao's and Iyers etc), Kokanastha Brahmins of Mumbai(The green-grey eyed guys) and the Parsees of Bombay. Well I was quite aware of that. When I was in India I also did find Bengalees, personally quite smart too (The largest no. of Nobel prize winners for India have most probably been bengaleees. Like the recent Amarty Sen. besides Parsees being just 200,000 strong in No. own virtually all the major Indian companies. I did make a lot of freinds among that comunity. All these communities mentioned above prohibit interchaste, interethnic (Jati-vivah) strictly with outsiders. Very similar to us Jews I guess.hehe

Some of you wear all black or all blue hooded tops and tracky bottoms or wear all denim. Some of you wear those silky trousers and long shirt thing (a ghee [sp?]). Some of the women wear.. um.. yashmaks? those all-enclosing things apart from the eyes.
