Where did you encounter the acronym/word/abbreviation? How was it used, and what was the surrounding discussion about?

As you no doubt discovered, there a couple dozen possible meanings on the web, and probably at least that many that aren't common enough to trigger a search engine.

I don't know waac....assuming its some variation of Raac. IN real life its winning at all costs, but that makes no sense in that category.
