I've seen three segments of the supposed R Kelly tape and while it could be him it's by no means proven beyond a reasonable doubt. Image quality is so bad it could be somebody else. If I were looking to make a quick buck why not walk down the street and find somebody who looks like R Kelly. Offer him a six pack of Colt 45 if he'll go into this hotel room and let this hooker suck his dick. Hide a poor quality camera in the room and sell the tape to Inside Edition for $10,000. It's no different than what somebody sold to Penthouse as Anna Kournikova nudes.

The fact of the matter is, fake or no fake, R. Kelly having sex with underage girls is not news. It's been common knowledge for anyone living in the Chicago area for years.

Yeah the tape may be a fake, but so what? It about time this guy's business has been put on the street.
