Just so you know. I'm in Texas with Linny.

Linny's daughter is out of the woods. After four days they got the hemorrage stopped and got her into surgery. Then three days in an induced coma and she awoke two days ago.

Poor Linny has been a wreck. When I arrived, she wouldn't eat, sleep or even communicate. All she would do is stare at the wall holding, her daughter's son. But I got her talking. We both had a good, long cry and she began to come around.

Yesterday, I took Linny to therapy and she took her first steps in over a year. Her daughter is awake and improving every hour.

I'm heading for the hiway back to Oregon this afernoon and should be home by noon tomorrow. Isn't tomorrow Thanksgiving? I've lost track of time.

I don't know who you're talking about, but it sounds like she's been having a tough time of it recently - best wishes to her and her family.

And yes, it is Thanksgiving tomorrow. Good to see you back online.

Jenny, Yes, tomorrow is Thanksgiving. Will join you in giving thanks for what seems a good outcome. You just take care driving home with all those testerone holiday males on the interstates.

Saw your original post but didn't think my 2 cents worth adding.

You making someone talk made me smile - you could make the Sphinx chatter.

Hope everything continues to go well now Nurse Jenny has left town.

Best wishes

Jenny, so glad to hear there's good news, I've been praying for you all. :rose: take care on your journey.

Great news, JJ. Now if we can only get you home without, as Jerry Jeff Walker would say, "getting killed or caught," we'll all have a lot to give thanks for tomorrow.

I had been wonderimg about the situation, and it is great to hear that she is doing better. Healing thoughts and vibes sent your way.

Just so you will have one more small wish for your safety when you return to Oregon, you will drive by a few miles from my abode as you go north on I-5, assuming to took the route I imagine from Texas to western Oregon.

Hope you can relax enough on your return to enjoy the Holiday.

regards...

Thank you for the update, Jenny. Glad to hear things are improving. :rose:

Well, noon has come and gone here in Jenny land, assuming the journey went well, Jenny will arrive to a beautiful autumn day, blue sky, a few high wispy clouds, bright sunshine and a current temperature of 48 degrees F. up from a low of about 34 last night.

Welcome back Jenny J!
