Anyhow! here's my question.

I am in total admiration of a woman's curvy body. I find them very sexy. In fact, I married a bbw! lol But I am also very attracted to a confident woman. A woman who feels good about herself, flirtatious and not afraid to flaunt what she's got.

And with today's society, a fashion industry led by gay males who believe a woman should like their fantasy (a 12 years old pre teen boy) I understand perfectly why a lot of woman dont feel good about their body. I wish we still lived at a time where Rubens painting portrayed the standards of beauty. It is hard to find a bbw who also feel good about herself. I've found that young women have a hard time with that whereas older women have come to peace with that and show much more confidence.

So, girls? how do you feel about yourself? Does having so many admirers help you feel better? Have you gotten better over the years?

It definitely does. It's a major self-esteem boost to have you guys telling us how good we look. I still have some issues, so I dont post my pics, but i do love showing them to people who will enjoy them. And yes, its gotten better as I get older. I have enough confidence to actually show the pics now..lol..i wouldnt have when i was young. So a big thanks to all of you BBW lovers out there!

So, girls? how do you feel about yourself? Does having so many admirers help you feel better? Have you gotten better over the years?

I'm comfortable with my body. Always have been - have always been overweight.

Admirers don't make me feel "better" about myself. Men who are willing to flirt and not run off even if they are not interested in pursing a relationship make me feel better about myself, because it is a fun activity.

Have I gotten better over the years? Neither better nor worse, just becoming more "me."

And here I was thinking that I was the only person who thought there was a conspiracy by the homosexually dominated fashion and trendsetting industry to subconsciously get heterosexual men to become attracted to other men.

Sometimes I'm still skeptical, as you still run into the man who is more than happy to have a bbw in his bed, but wouldn't be seen on the streets with a "fat woman". I do believe that a lot of the "Fat Admirers" or "Chubby Chasers" do more harm than good exactly for the reasons you just mentioned. With many of them, being with a BBW is merely a fetish. They love the stored fat your body has when you are in bed, but your plumpness is all they can see, and not the rest of what makes you the woman you are. I've even known a few large women who fell prey to fat fetishists who actually tried to torpedo every diet the women ever attempted because the guys just couldn't stand the thought of the women becoming slimmer. Not to mention the BBWs who have all kinds of people flirting with them and having discreet encounters, yet can never seem to find a man who will stand proudly beside her in public and publicly show his involvment with her.

I have always preferred a woman "with some meat on her bones". The average size of my lovers has been somewhere between a size 16 to around 20w. I can't explain my attraction toward larger sized women. I just prefer a woman of size to a stick figure, but the first thing that's really going to attract me to a woman is her mind. But I do know that I don't sleep with women whom I wouldn't be proud to have on my arm in broad daylight in public. It's who she is as a person that turns me on, not the number of extra curves she has. She's beautiful to me in her own special way, and when I'm attracted to the whole of who she is, she is the most beautiful woman in the world to me. I'm confident now, yes, but spent much of my teens and early twenties when I was only moderately overweight and in much better shape, feeling very down about myself and my self-image.
