Races don't exist. You can google that. So all that's left to call it is discrimination. And everyone discriminates against people they don't like. So no, it's not mental illness.

Are Democrats racist? Yes

Is the left wing ideology we often refer to as liberalism a form mental illness? Yes.

So maybe racism itself isn't a form of mental illness, but the Democrat ideology that turns it into an engine for social change and exploitation probably is.
