Hi I have a general question on a couple of posts I've done. On monday I posted the first chapter of a story. And then I posted the second part on tuesday. The third part was posted today.

My question is this. I've been watching where it is, in getting approved, and for some reason the second part has gone farther than the first.

What I've noticed is once it gets reviewed 32 times It's up the next day. The problem is my second chapter is at 32 and my first is stuck at 20. I don't know how that has happened since the second was posted later.

I would hate to see the second chapter up before the first since it won't make any sense. to anyone and I can see it getting bad reviews and comments on something that I had no control over.

So I guess I'm asking do you think I should pull the second and third chapters to be safe.

There is a problem with the counts of views before a story/chapter is posted. The numbers bear no relation to the actual times anyone has looked at it.

Just wait. Lit normally posts chaptered stories in order, one chapter a day.

Ogg, sounds like "ghost views" are alive and well. I don't know what software glitch causes them, but when I (and apparently everybody else) check status on a pending story, I see a number of "views". This has been discussed before, without a definitive answer. I wish Manu or Laurel would tell us why this happens. It keeps freaking out the newbies. And even some oldbies.
