Rule of Ick: put the stories in the category that best fits the aspect most likely to cause ick. If it's non-con, it goes in Reluctance/Non-Con. If it's dubcon, it almost certainly goes there too. If it's fully consensual, then ask yourself where the prurient focus is. Is it on a formally structured power relationship? BDSM, probably. Is it on some particular aspect of femdom? Maybe Fetish. Is is fully vanilla, just with an older woman? Mature.
