Question regarding pictures

I wanted to change my AV, and include a picture in it instead, but I don't know how. When I go to Edit Profile, I see a tiny line saying that "img code turned off" or something. Does that mean I can't put pics in my AV? How do I fix this?

Your AV (Avatar) is a picture, you already have one, of someone (you?) holding a skull. You also have an image in your signature line.

To change your AV, use the Edit Options menu, not the edit profile menu. Then browse for any image on the web or your local computer hard disk -- I guess you must have done this before, though, to get your existing AV up.

I have a couple of pictures I'd like to use as AVs. I don't know how to squeeze them to fit the 150x150 pixel size, though. I've cropped, but that doesn't get them small enough.

Actually, I don't want to know how to do it. That's too much work. What I really want is for someone who knows how to do it to volunteer to help a poor, helpless female in distress. You know, like do it for me.

I'll give a cyber kiss with lots of tongue in payment.
