Either one of those two. Alternatively if you have a lot of ideas, you could create your own thread in the Lounge here as some of us do or in the SRP forum itself.

Kawai this can be a place to put ideas down. I use mine mostly as a place to put unfinished ideas in. or to place pictures for visual inspiration for those ideas in them.

The main two are the links Minxy posted. Those are the ones everyone goes to find a new thread to RP in.

As Veroe says, lots of people set up a thread here to jot things down as they think of them rather than forget ideas. It also allows people to look in on your thoughts and say hi if they would like to write with you. You can use the threads Minx listed to advertise for writers for specific RPs but if you just want somewhere to jot things and chat to people, this is a good place to start. You can aalso look in on other people's chat threads (though not all of them are open for anyone to post on) and get to know people that you think you would enjoy writing with.

If you check out the Threads/Ideas thread linked in my sig, you'll get an idea of the kind of thing people set up for themselves.
