I don't know if this the right place to post this or not. I am a 28 year old guy from New Jersey, and I'm currently on Hospice. In addition, to Hospice, I'm also completely bed bound. Don't get your hopes up because you got a reply. I'm a guy, heterosexual, and no where near NJ, so its not like I could even run out and get a girl for you.

Well I can answer that very simply. I use a wireless mouse and the on screen keyboard to click on each letter. I have limited usage of my right hand, basically only enough to use the mouse, which has adjustable sensitivity, and a tv remote control.
