Question for the "I'm there" sports fan

You're at a baseball game, it starts to rain in the second inning. The game gets called. Can I get my money back? New tickets to another game at least? Anyone been through this and have advice? Thanks!

technically, if they call a game, the tickets you have for that game should carry over to the conclusion of that called game. Of course, they could make more money if they make you buy another ticket, so who knows.

i thought the tickets to the called game would be good for the next home game... thas how it is at the metrodome...

I asked the lady at the box office and she said my guess was as good as hers. Wow so knowledgable. I paid 30$ for these tickets and hate to think they will be money tossed down the drain. Even the next home game would be of no use since I work. How many theatres sell you a ticket and say hey if the show doesn't go as scheduled, you're screwed out of said amount of dollars. No way to make fans.
