WASHINGTON (AP) - Biding farewell to Justice Department employees, Attorney General Janet Reno traded compliments Thursday with FBI Director Louis Freeh, with whom she had disagreed over the investigation of President Clinton's campaign finances.
Freeh called Reno ``fair and honest'' and gave her a kiss during an overflow ceremony before more than 500 employees in the department's Great Hall. Reno acknowledged her disagreements with Freeh but called him ``one of the finest people I know in law enforcement.''
