Question for mods

I'm a member of another forum that is a totally different topic as this one but uses the same format and almost the same layout. When I post a comment under topic and then go back out to the home page where all the other topics are it has a symbol showing I've posted under a certain topic. Is this possible here? Sometimes I can't remember what I've posted under because the forum can move quickly at times and I'd like to see if someone has replied to a comment I've made or is waiting for me to comment in return. If you need an example of what I'm talking about let me know and I can send a screenshot of the other forum. Thanks.
