Question for Laurel or Manu......

Hi Laurel.....have sent you a couple of emails about this now, but not sure if you are in fact getting them. Just got another one regarding the "voting" thing, so thought I would copy and paste it here so you could see it.

I'm wondering if anyone else is seeing or experiencing the same problems. But as it's seemingly happening to most if not all of my latest postings, I thought I should let you know in the event there is a problem that Literotica is unware of.

It might just be Stan and something about webtv. I've had the same messages from him. Sometimes he gets to vote and other times he doesn't. On the other hand, the good-looking half of bearlee, Dawn, tried to vote on the first chapter of your series but couldn't. In fact, she can't vote on anything using AOL, including her own audio. It always says she already voted.

I've gotten at least six feedback emails that say the same thing. I have also gotten the same message when I have tried to vote on a story.

AOL folks..........

I got an email from someone telling me that people on AOL are experiencing this problem when they try to vote. I haven't checked to see if everyone that I've gotten this message from are AOL users....but myabe it's got something to do with that.

I have AOL also and it won't let me vote on anything at all. It always says that I have already voted on that story. I also wonder if AOL users are having problems receiving feedback?

I have also previously e-mailed the powers that be regarding the "You have already voted" situation. About 4 out of 5 times, I am not able to vote. My wife and a young lady friend reported the same problem regarding attempting to vote on my own stories. We are ALL on AOL so there may be some truth to that theory.

I've gotten about 10 emails from people who've tried to vote on my story and have been informed that they show as already having done so. And as for me, I find that I can vote on just one story a day. After that, everytime I try, I'm told I've already voted. I have AOL too, so maybe it does have something to do with it, but I can't figure out what that would cause this to happen.

Like a lot of you I've written to the powers that be about it, more than once, but I've never gotten a response. I have to say I think it's really frustrating and it takes a lot of the fun out of reading, and posting, on this site.

I have got a few emails that say they tried to vote but couldnt said something about it says they already voted when they say they didnt but i notice 1 person that says it to me all the time is an aol user so maybe the problem is aol users only??

Damn I knew there'd be an explanation as to why I can't get any stories in the top 10, all my fans must be on AOL.
