I'm actually a guy, but that doesn't really matter. This in certain cultures is considered incest, not to make you feel bad, I say certain cultures, because he's your step-father, so don't be offended.

Whether or not it's normal is another issue, normal is what most people do. So I guess it's a good start that you have posted and asked, hope you have lots of replies.
