Question for Dom/mes

Howdy!

I have a question for any Dom/mes out there who have experience with male submissives.

I'm a Dom myself, but I work with female subs. Recently my submissive/girlfriend made a comment about swollen balls in men.

Does anyone know if this is true? Specifically, that orgasm denial or tease and denial can lead to physically swollen testicles? I'm aware that the prostate can swell, but I wasn't sure if the testicles themselves can become swollen over time, primarily due to a lack of orgasm or long term teasing.

If this is true, are we talking about significant swelling, into the realm of being noticeable?

I've never seen balls swollen from not being allowed to orgasm. My understanding is that semen can be absorbed back into the body if it is not ejaculated after a certain amount of time. How long of a time is that? I don't know.

I've kept a sissy sub in chastity for about 2 weeks at a time before, but I didn't notice any swelling. His balls were definitely "plump", but no one would have noticed.

So my answer is, I'm really not sure, but I don't think swelling is "noticeable", unless you pump your nuts full of silicone or something. I've seen swollen balls from beatings that caused bruising. Never done it, but I definitely know that'll cause swelling.
