What do you do when you want to throw up but cannot?

This is not for anorexia ourposes. I'm feeling realllly sick.

I should've had dinner at calypso's or something

Pepto or Kaopectate (sp?). Tastes like crap but seems to help.

Sometimes, just kneeling down and looking into the toilet works for me.

Drinking soda water to help calm your stomach.

Lastly, gagging yourself.

Otherwise, let your body decide on its own if you can stand it.

No kidding HS has it. Stick them fingers down there so far and for so long that you have no option but to puke......works every time.

Depends on if I want to throw up or not.

If I do, then taking Pepto Bismol or some other such vile concoction is usually enough to get me to spew.

If I don't, laying on the cold linoleum floor in the bathroom seems to make the feeling pass.

Stick your head into the garbage and get a good deep whiff. The more biological elements you have in your trash, the better. I also reccomend the scene with the steak in Poltergeist. Works wonders for me.

Stick your fingers down your throat.

Drink warm water with ivory dish washing detergent in it.

Get syrup of ipecak.

Try the fingers again.

Syrup of ipecac, definitely.

Mix a few tablespoons of mustard with half a cup of water and drink it quickly.
