I've never used Viagra, but I find myself writing a couple of threads about using them. So I have questions about details that I haven't been able to find on the web.

Can you cum while under the effects of these drugs? I know you can't while wearing a cock ring (please correct me if I'm wrong). If you can cum, is it like normal the first time, then takes longer the second time even though you stayed hard in-between?

It seems like the guy would get less and less relief if a particularly voracious woman (or women) were working him for a long period of time.

Ejaculation is normal under Viagra, Cialis, and the others. And you don't automatically get an erection. You still need stimulation to get hard. You also usually lose your erection after ejaculation. And then get hard easily.

Oh, yes, it'll be harder to come after the first time, as per usual, but you'll be able to get hard. So, after the second time, you might be able to fuck for 20 minutes. The cougar will be happy.

Of course, there is that side effect they tell you about: the four-hour erection.

It might depend on how tight the ring is (or elastic band, or bandanna, or silk stocking) which is wrapped around the shaft behind your balls.

In my experience, a ring doesn't stop me. Your mileage (or your story protagonist's) may vary.

Not the drug of your original question, but Prozac and related antidepressant drugs can delay orgasm (and make it harder to actually get off). This can be a good side effect for a man who's naturally quick on the trigger. Not so nice if the dose is high enough to make it a struggle to get off. Erection and recovery are otherwise as normal. So a man might last longer the first time, get hard enough again to please his partner a second time, but be unable to get off a second time himself.

I speculate wildly that a combination of Prozac and Viagra might be suitable for certain unusual circumstances where enduring hardness is needed.

I was on Prozac for a year. The delay for me, since I'm stubborn, was great. Usually, my gf at the time would come twice or more before I came. We were both pretty happy with it. Many people are not happy with it, because they can't come at all.
