Question about posting links.

So me and my BF made our own role-play site and would like to link it here so people can come and join. We have just gotten started and don't have very many active members so we would like to have more. I have a description about the site that I can post along with the link. So if I can, can someone tell me what forum I can post it in??

Spamming is seriously frowned upon here, in every forum. It's one thing if, for instance, someone posts a thread asking for links to roleplaying sites and you respond with a link to your site, but it's quite another to just start advertising by posting your link.

You can probably get away with putting the link in the "Homepage" field in your profile, but otherwise, you should find other ways to advertise your site (social networking, telling your friends, posting on sites that do allow advertising, link exchanges, etc.).
