Question about PMs

I keep getting these messages that my PM box is full. When I go to look, there's only two messages in it. What's up with that? Does anyone know?

To the right of the screen there is a fold down menu. One says 'sent messages'. That may be full. You're also able to create other folders. Check to see if you have items stored.

When you open your user cp, you only see new messages. Click on "Private Messages". That will have everything that you have not deleted.

Yeah.. that 100 message limit also counts on your sent messages. You can have 1 message in your Inbox, but if you have 99 sent messages.. . you can't receive any new messages. Sucks. LOL

that happened to me before.....i was wondering why i had
so few messages in my inbox, and yet got that message
my box was full....turned out it was those "sent messages".....
easy to delete those though.........

There is a spot that says "show messages from" and then a drop down box that's set at the default "Last 10 days." Change "Last 10 days" to "The beginning." There's your hidden PMs. Now, the drop down box that says "Inbox" has two others, "Sent Messages" and "Message Tracking." Repeat the first the step that says "The beginning" and you'll see tons more hidden PMs.

Thanks, guys! I'd figured out the "From the beginning" thing the first time my box was FULL. I checked the sent messages box and found every message I'd ever sent. Took me a while to delete every one.
