I have a question about impotence. Is is possible for a man to be born impotent?

yes it can occur as a birth defect, although it is extremely rare. The ability to pro create is an extremely strong biological imperative. And it is even more rare for the problem to be permanent. When you are referring to impotence are you referring to erectile dysfunction, ejaculation dysfunction or sterility?
