One of the attachments is a long, flexible and reasonably powerful arm, dexterous enough to open doors at a minimum. I'd think a strap-on [pun intended] rack of sex toys like battery powered hitachi wands, fleshlights, etc should definitely be do-able, in easy reach of the arm.

Personalities, sure. The bodies? It's almost guaranteed they will choose almost the same factory moods, probably from the extreme end of the spectrum, each of them thinking they're somehow unique in doing so. So, apart from some girls developing fetish for unified incel robot avatars, it would still not help them much.

Only other place I can see this having a place is as an early-adopter sex toy for the kinky geeky robot porn set. So some high end adult movie producer(s) will likely be scoping out availability (with it being a lease, I wonder if there'll be a no-porn clause?) and tech talent to get the idjit thing to do something sexy and realistically safe.
