But if I found out who did it there would be hell to pay. But I am not the type to look for support when that type of thing happens. I am the type to say: Ok.. it happened, not my fault. But the person who took advantage of me is gonna pay dearly.

Depends a lot on whether I planned on looking for a sexual partner when I went to the party (and before getting drunk). Save the condom as evidence a crime was committed if you want to press rape charges. DNA testing is fairly accurate.

If you really want to go the whole report to police route, if your friends or other party goers remember who you were with that night, and if you remember the person.

Rape is a crime no matter who the victim is. If you did not consent to the sex, then you could report it. Up to you to decide if you want to press charges and take that further though.

If you are bothered by the memory (or lack of) you should be able to contact a rape crisis center and get help, regardless of if you want to report anything to the police.

I would not tell the people I work with - then I don't share a lot of personal heavy information about myself with them. I would talk to a close friend (including a few family members). I would also contact a rape crisis center or other counseling group.

I'm sorry something like this happens to anyone.

I’d love to go along with the scenario but that couldn’t happen to me. I am always the designated driver since I don’t drink…..The question it brings to mind though are you asking the question because of first hand experience???? Did this happen to you???? I’d question who my friends are…..
