Just to put this out there as a part of our real reset. The US Army has only 12 combat ready brigades, just sayin'. Obama's own 2010 defense review called for 45. For decades our strategic policy was to be able to handle two MRCs (major regional Contingencies) simultaneously. Today we can hardly handle one.

That requires a thing we call taxes.

It actually points to Obama's allocation of taxes from national defense to vote buying welfare largess. Remember Obama is collecting historic revenues.

You right wingers aren't willing to pay for the army you want or think we need. Whatever welfare you refer to is small potatoes compared to the already huge defense budget. Unless of course you are willing to give up your social security and Medicare.
