I haven't used one, but other members have posted about them in the past.
I googled 'site:forum.literotica.com pussy pump' (link to results, and you can use the bold part with any term instead of 'pussy pump' to find previous threads/posts on other subjects in the future - it's more efficient than the forum search function, usually) for you so you can see what others have said.
I'm very interested in suction stimulation devices, but haven't gotten around to adding anything in that category to my toy box yet. I have seen, and had, cupping done on my back; that was too painful for my taste, but I'd imagine it'd be a lot easier to control the suction with a pump, thereby making it tolerable for even a pain weenie like me.
Once you find something you like, shop around (I find great deals on eBay, for instance), as prices vary wildly, and be sure to both research safety and read all directions that come with the device. Pumping too quickly, too much or leaving it on longer than about 15 minutes at a stretch can cause bruising/broken blood vessels and even permanent damage.
