ATTENTION: Recruiting has ended, the game is in progress. If you wish to create a character, please PM it to me, and then we can discuss and approriate entrance for your character so as to not disrupt the current place in the story. This is a game where people either work or are staying at the Purple Dragon Inn resort. It has the hotel, a restaurant and bar, a gift shop, a pool area, a weight room, and the resort is located just south of some hot springs. The entire place is deep in the mountains, miles from anyone. People come here mainly for the hot springs and the forests.

This is a modern world, however it is magical as well. There are cars and television and cellphones, but also magic and dragons and elves and all.

So it takes place in america and all and the world is the same except for the magic. Humans, elves, dwarves, gnomes, trolls, dragons, etc. They all live in this world. The hotel lies in the Rocky Mountains of southwest Montana.

Anyway, the story will take place in late may. It's just a normal friday morning, everyone from the previous night has checked out, and the maids are cleaning, the cook preparing for breakfast, and the gift shop clerk preparing to open the shop.

Your characters can either be employees or guests, you're call.

As for employees, you can choose from these positions:

If you're a guest, you've reserved a room but you can't access it yet because it's the beginning of the day and the maids haven't cleaned the rooms yet.

(NOTE: So as not to have complications with lovers dying due to different lifespans, all races are the same. Everyone becomes an adult at age 18, becomes middle-aged at 50, and usually dies between 80 and 100 or so, some living slight longer).

I will be playing three characters in this, however my first one will seldomly be around.

Owner/Hotel Manager: Jiraiko Kunari (M)

Race: Purple Dragon (NOTE: Just as man has evolved, so have dragons. Most modern dragons are about seven feet tall and are humanoid, standing upright. Their wings come out of their backs and their tails just above their behinds. Imagine the cartoon Gargoyles or American Dragon Jake Long, and taller and covered in tiny scales. These scales are so tiny they almost look like colored skin unless looked at close-up, but they are very strong and protect the body well. They also have hair and sometimes facial hair, and elf-like ears).

Age: 59

Sexual Orientation: Straight

Appearance: Tall and muscular, with light grey hair reaching to his shoulders and a small mustache and goatee. He has dark lilac eyes that glow bright purple when he uses his magic. He wears an armani suit designed for dragons, which can stretch to fit his wings and tail through three holes, then close around them. Dragons never wear shoes though, because of the three talons on the front of their feet and the one in the back. Plus the scales on their feet give enough protection. He also speaks with a japanese accent.

Magic: Jiraiko can form colors in his mind and manifest them physically, creating great illusions. He can also use the power of his mind to reach out and grab raw elements, summoning them into physical energy, such as fire and lightning.


Assistant Manager: Makala Sunstone (F)

Race: Sun Elf (NOTE: Sun elves usually have light hair and tanned skin, however moon elves have dark hair and pale skin. If you don't want a sun elf or a moon elf, but an elf nonetheless, you can create another kind of elf if you want).

Age: 24 (NOTE: She was just promoted last year, because she started as a maid when she was 15 and knew the Kunari family well).

Sexual Orientation: Lesbian

Appearance: Makala (Kala for short) stands about 5'4. She has golden blonde hair that flows over her shoulders and to the small of her back. Her skin is tanned and wraps perfectly around her figure, smoothing over every curve. Her breasts are fairly large and her entire body is practicaly perfect, as are most elves. Her ears are slightly pointed and her green eyes are more beautiful than any emerald. She speaks with a light irish accent.

Magic: Her abilities are mainly light and healing. She can absorb the Sun's energy to heal herself or others, protect against evil, light even the darkest of places, form balls of solar energy, and a few other tricks.


Maintenance Attendant: Jin Kunari (M)(Jiraiko's grandson)

Race: 1/4 Purple Dragon, 3/4 Human (Jiraiko married a human female, and his son, who was 1/2 dragon, married a human, thus Jin is 1/4 dragon).

Age: 18 (He just granduated highschool, and is spending the summer working for his grandfather to save up money to take with him to college in September).

Sexual Orientation: Straight

Appearance: As far as anyone can tell, Jin looks mostly human. His skin has a light brown tan, he is quite fit, and his face looks nothing like a dragon. He does retain the lilac eyes of his dragon blood, and stands about 6'4, but other than that looks completely human. He has jet black hair that hangs just below his eyes, but it is always combed neatly while working. His features tell lightly of his japanese descent, however he has no asian accent, having been born and raised in America.

Magic: Though his dragon magic is limited due to his human blood, he can still form colors in his mind and summon minor illusions and elemental energies. He also learned a few abilities from an old monk when he was younger, allowing him to use the energy of his mind, body, and soul as one. Using these three energies together, he can immensely increase his strength, speed, and agility, however it takes a clear mind and focus.

Waitress: Alaya Mirdeo

Race: Fairy (NOTE: As civilization has evolved on earth, The race of Fairys took to living up in the clouds afraid that their magic may be mis-used by the races beneath the clouds of course this did not last long, many of the fairys spread out and were found out, so the rest of the race decended to earth. Over the years many of the Fairy's powers were mis-used but soon the world fell back into living normally. They are the same height as a normal human woman but are never tall, their wings sprout from the back and are quite small about the same width as the fairy and about the height of about half the fairy's back. The wings are still very successful dring flight as a Fairy is very light.)

Age: 22

Appearance: Tall (for her race basically about 5'8') and very petite with Dark Redish/browinsh hair reaching to her shoulders but normally up in bundle or in a ponytail.
Light Blue eyes that turn black when a Fairy is very angry (very unusual for a Fairy to become so angered tho) and a very nice light fluffy pink when experience extreme enjoyment or love.
During work she wears a white skirt which reaches down to just above her knees, a white top with the hotels logo embroidered upon it and two well placed holes in the back to allow her wings to fit thru.
When her hair is done up in a bundle she wears a chopstick thru her hair.

Racial Powers:
The power of Telekinesis.
Flight.
Very light.
Fast healing rate.
Can control some (not all) of the elements at limited proportions. (can't go around making tornadoes or anything.)

Race: Mostly Human, Small Part Elf (Her Great Great Grandfather had an affair with an unknown elf type, which resulted in a child, who was passed off as human, the half-elf later married a human, and so on and so on)

Age: 21

Sexual Orientation: Bisexual

Appearance: Krystal is 5 foot 6 inches tall, with long dark red hair, the goes all the way down to her hips. She is naturally moderately tan. She has a nice firm stomach, and decent 34C breasts. She has curves in all the right places, and legs that stretch out. She has big brown eyes, that stare into the soul. She has beautiful lips, that aren't too pouty, nor too thin. She has the look of an average model, with no blemishes on her skin.

Magic: Despite being mostly human, the elven traits within her are dominant, and allow her to have minimal magical powers. She can read minds, but only when she focuses on it. Whenever she cries, it rains.

Nice Krystal. I think you have the best described character here. You really detailed her well. The only thing I need to know is if she is an employee or a guest.

Bartender: Gabriel Valentine

Race: Mixed human and demon ancestry

Age: 25

Appearance: Gabriel stands at an impressive 6'4", seemingly taller because of his slender frame. He is fair-skinned and dark-haired. His chiseled features and detached air give him what some would call a Gothic appearance. All along his arms and legs and at the edge of his hairline and jaw are dark markings on his skin almost like tiger stripes. At a casual glance, one would assume these are tattoos. They are actually a natural part of his skin, and on closer inspection are actually registers of tiny runes in a forgotten language. To this day, Gabriel has yet to find out what they mean.

His wardrobe is very black and white, meeting the standard of the classic bartender. He grows his hair long which usually covers his delicately pointed ears. His canines are like fangs, and his eyes are a firey red, which can be somewhat unsettling to those seeing him for the first time.

Magic: Gabriel knows only a little magic, preferring to rely on other skills in his life. He does have a talent for fire magic however, and knows a few healing spells to make sure none of the bar patrons end up in a state where they could sue if they survived.

Backround:Just graduated from college and got a job as a maid at the purple dragon inn (sexual orientation closet lesbian everyone thinks she is straight but she knows she is a lesbian ) she likes to play football/soccer and basketball also loves to jog. she was an orphan and has no current family she got through her school through scholarships so she is smart also.she is compationate and understanding.-
magic:doesn't know any (doesn't mean she can't learn) she is good with medicine bandaging wounds stuff like that (i guess u could say a healer) and got a minor in enginering and is a quick thinker(acts calm ussually in bad situations and trys to think of a way to get out)

I would like to take the role of Makala if I can make some changes to her?

She is 50 years old, very young for an Elf actually since they live to well over 500 years. She is a pure, undiluted Night Elf with skin the deep yellow ochre of the winter sedge grass that grows along the banks of Lake Ogisban where she was born. Her hair is also the same color only a few tints darker, cut short but round and full. Her slanted eyes are dark brown scattered with flecks of gold. She is tall and lithe with a small bust and rounded hips.

She was born into the Lord Rah bane clan, also know as the clan servitude by outsiders. The Rah bane clan is renowned for producing servants of outstanding loyalty and service. She is a fourth level service Elf.

The first level being the elite warrior elves that go into service for nobles throughout all the lands.
The second level are the consorts and concubines, both male and female, in service to royalty and nobles.
The third are the lesser consorts for any that can afford their service.
The fourth level are the regular service Elves that serve in any of the lower capacities, striving to rise to a higher level.

Today is Malaka’s 50th birthday and she has returned home for the ceremony of Hydal, or first penetration. It is always preformed on the 50th birthday and considered a coming of age ceremony. Depending on ones sexual preference dictates who will perform the penetration. Heterosexual females are penetrated by Lord Rah bane himself and lesbians are penetrated by his wife wearing a phallus. The choice is made at the ceremony. Makala has chosen the phallus.

Race.. winged elf....... (Note) Avariel are exquisitely delicate elves, with tall and elegantly graceful bodies. Their creamy white skin often has a tint of blue or silver; and their fine boned, angular faces are framed in hair of silvery-white or deep black.

They have large eyes in rich greens, deep blues or occasionally a startling violet. Their bones are similar to those of a bird, air filled pockets replace most of the much heavier marrow. This means a winged elf weighs considerably less than others elves, but their bodies are fragile. Avariel are agile and graceful which allows them to ride the winds with skill, and to move dexterously and quickly on the ground.

The most noticeable feature of the winged elves is not their beautiful faces but the wide, soft-feathered expanse of their wings. These are usually white, but sometimes grey, brown, flecked or even black. An avariel’s wings form a span of between 12 to 16 feet. Like their bodies winged elven clothes are delicate and ethereally graceful. They wear loose fitting, gauzy clothes that move in graceful, windblown ripples as they fly.

Avariel have finely honed senses. They are blessed with the sharp hearing of their fellow elves and like their good friends the great eagles; winged elves have incredibly keen eyesight.

The harshness of their history winnowed out the more foolish Avariel. This, combined with the blessing of Aerdrie, has produced a race strong in mind and will. Their sharp minds, ingrained common sense, excellent intuition and the education given to all young avariel add to their power and superiority.


Name/ decription Mara Storm, age 23 5ft even, weght around 70lbs curves in all the right places her body is pateet in frame, and her breasts are slightly more than a handfull. Her wings are gray with a 12ft span. She has long blueblack hair and light creamy bluetinted skin with violet colored eyes, and is bisexual.

Occupation. Ranger/ Forrester.

Mara is a guest at the hotel taking a vacation from work, she is dressed in a long lightweght tan colored broomskirt, belted at the waist, with sandled feet, and a soft white off the sholder pesent blouse. She has one sute case, a backpack, and a cell phone incase someone call's in an emergency.

Appearance: Kain stands at 6'3", and weighs about 160 pounds. His body appears delicate, but that is deceptive. Kain wears a suit of semiorganic armor, given to him by an alien race after passing a trial that nearly killed him. The armor can be absorbed into his body, so that he can wear normal clothes, but the power generator of the armor is always visible as an upside down triangle in blue on his back. He usually wears basic black, when not wearing the armor, which is colored in the muted grays preferred by the race that gave him the armor. His hair is dark black, and his eyes and a piercing green.


Background: Kain was rescued from death by a race of aliens resembling giant humanoid birds. They nursed him back to health, and, after seeing how easily he adapted to the differences between their planet and his, made him take on their trials. He was the second person to take and successfully complete their Warrior's Gauntlet. The only other human to ever take the trial was a woman they had rescued from her planet's destruction ten thousand years prior. He barely survived the test, nearly dying in the process of completing it, but passing with flying colors. As a reward for his success, they bonded him with a modified version of their own Warrior caste's armor. They also told him that he is not to divulge where he got the armor under any circumstances, as there existed many who would try to take advantage of their wisdom and technology. As such, he tends to avoid people as much as possible, and, when speaking with them, avoids giving them information. Kain is currently seeking a place to stay quietly, after having noticed a rapid change of the clientele of this particular inn.

Okay, looks good. Normally Moon Elves have a gothic look, with pale skin and black hair, as I said before, so I will assume night elves and moon elves are seperate elven species. Also, the Hydal ceremony may only be common amung her people -- Makala is not bound by any traditions of that scale. .

I will make a starting post now, and then won't be back until wednesday. Feel free to post while I am gone, however.

And please keep the things I said in the main post in mind when posting, and remember this is a magical world, but has all the modern technologies of our own.

Day 1: Friday May 26th, 2006

Jirako Kunari

(Jirako is out of town for the weekend)

Makala Sunstone

Kala awoke to her alarm with a start. Reaching over, she turned it off and rose from her bed. She walked over to her bedroom window, her long blonde hair flowing down her back. She saw the sun rising over the mountains, and frowned at the day ahead -- since Jirako was going to be gone till Monday, she had to take care of the weekly profit balance.

Sighing, she stepped out of her pink silk nightie, took a shower, and slipped on a nice blue dress for work. She applied some light makeup, grabbed her purse, locked up, and pulled out of her driveway in her red bug.

Arriving at work a few minutes till eight am, she relieved the night clerk, filed his papers from the nightly audit, and assigned rooms to maids when they arrived.

Jin Kunari

After jumping out of bed, Jin literally threw off his boxers and jumped in the shower. A few minutes later he was dressing in baggy blue jeans and a light blue t-shirt that has the hotel logo on the back. He combed his hair back with gel, grabbed his wallet and keys, and walked downstairs. After kissing his mother goodbye (he just finished school, so he still lives at home), he went to the garage and pulled out in his red ferarri, rock music playing loudly.

Arriving at the hotel, he parked, set his alarm, and walked inside. Monday had been his first day, and he was looking forward to the weekend.

After chatting it up with Kala, he grabbed the list of maintenance work his grandfather had left for him, and seeing the first thing on the list was to fix the air conditioner in room 213, he headed for the elevator.

I will be back on in several hours to check this thread and make any necessary replies. I MAY be on briefly tomorrow night, as well. The game is officially started.

Jenny was feeling good she had just woken up for the morning had her favorite cereal next to her and was glad because she had done her work getting ready for guests and basicly had the day off. She finished eating then tied her hair into a ponytail put on her training bra favorite Who t-shirt and shorts had her I-pod in hand and went out for her morning jog. As she walked past the desk she saw Makala she was so beutiful she hoped to go out with her or at least dream she knew it would never happen. She jogged for an hour waved to Makala
and headed off to her room for a shower. After the shower she put on her bathing suit and decided to relax believe it or not some guests were in the hottubs already a 9pm she headed to one by herself and relaxed (oh ya her ponytail is untied). As she closed her eyes she heard a voice.
"Ummm is it ok if I join a hot tub with you all the others are full".Jenny opened an eye and saw a very beutiful girl. She was african american long black hair she guessed a 34c and was about 5'6" and had a very nice smile.
"Sure" she answered and watched as the girl got into the Hot tub. "So whats your name" Jenny asked.
"Natasha yours"?
"Jenny" she reached over and shook her hand
"How long you staying" asked Natasha
"I work here you"?
"A week god this place is beutiful" she sighed. Jenny and Natasha talked for a long time and before they knew it it was lunch time. "Lets hit the cafe in 15 mins we have to get changed"suggested Natasha. so they went back to thier rooms changed and met back at the cafe. They talked all about themselves it turns out Natasha liked lots of the same things and was even going out for a womens professional soccer team. they ate left as they went outiside natasha sugested soccer...
