The whole point of effective punishment is knowing your sub - YOU are the one who knows her likes and dislikes, her personal limits (you did discuss this with her, right?) as well as what she did wrong.
If you offered some info about what she's done that requires punishment, you may get some better advice. However, one of the easiest punishments of course is simply to deny her sexual pleasure and/or release. Keep her slightly aroused but no more. If she really enjoys spankings, deny her one. Make her assume your selected posture, maybe with her skirt up and panties down or whatever, and simply stay that way for an hour or so in silent submission, exposed, humiliated and powerless.

great advice, she definately does not like the humiliation. and you are right we did discuss, in great detail what we both wanted from this and the limits. we are both still learning and as much fun as the learning is i always enjoy hearing the other side and views from other people.
her mistake was accepting sexual pleasure from another man. even tho i told her it was ok, she has to ask permission, since we live around half an hour away and we cant see each other every day i dont want to deny her pleasure cause i cant fulfill it all the time, but she is supposed to call and ask first and she didnt do it. does that help at all?
