Pulling Out??

Pulling out might work for a very long time for some people, for the same reason that some people don't have any children. Sterility, or low fertility in one or both partners. Pulling out still likely allows some sperm to enter the woman. If you are shooting blanks, or have bad swimmers, then there is almost no chance that the few that make it into the woman can fertilize the egg. While only one sperm actually fertilizes the egg, it takes team work to break down the egg's defenses and get one of those guys in.

I can tell you the day my second son was conceived. That is the day I didn't pull out. Yes, we wanted him. Secret was, I waited 2 days after her period was over, when she was the most fertile, and I saved up a load that would have choked an elephant, and wella! The rest is history.
