Background:

Sierra had been one of the biggest porn stars in the world just a few short years ago. After getting into a bad relationship with a producer, she left the business but never really lost her taste for it. She didn't hate acting, but she needed to get away from him.

Now, she's an office manager at a high-end import/export business, with the standard vanilla husband and suburban life. She's tried to get her new man to be more adventurous and fulfill all those leftover desires, but it's just not in him.

Then one day she gets a complaint about one of her company's Web designers. Apparently, a coworker wandered by his cubicle and noticed pornography on his computer screen. To make things worse (or better?), the pornography featured him as the star.

Now, Sierra is put in the position of having to probably discipline him, but as she called him into her office, she began to reminisce about the good old days just a few years back, and how much she still missed it...

Sean sat fidgeting in the chair opposite his boss, trying not to appear nervous. This was the first time he'd ever been called into her office, and if it was about what he thought it was about, well, he'd been expecting the other shoe to drop for a while now. He'd been pushing it, using company time to edit movies and update the site, and it was only a matter of time before something slipped. But dammit, he just didn't have the time to keep it strictly at home.

Hopefully he could talk his way into at least keeping his job. Sean wasn't a model, but guys doing porn didn't have to be. 6', 190, short brown hair brushed to the side and blue eyes, he kept himself fit, but he was average. Except for the only part anyone who watched or acted in his movies cared about.

He watched her shuffle papers and cleared his throat, hoping a brief ahem would move this along. No sense waiting for the gallows if it was coming.

"Sean," Sierra finally began, as she sieved through her files in search of his records. She had hired him for a few months now, and his work performance has been above average. In fact, he was probably one of her better web designers, but the sense from his supervisors was that he was merely cruising. He didn't take up anything more than what he needed to.

And now this. So it all made sense. The IT team had extracted some of the files from the computer, and she had a chance to look through his site.

It was a simple, clean site with a clear concept. The layout was user-friendly, and it was designed to prompt potential paying customers to, well, pay. She wondered how large his clientele was. The thing he seemed to lack, was an array of really attractive girls who could pull customers in. Literally, if you consider his POV section. One thing she wasn't sure about - does he star in his own films?

Sierra paused, not quite sure how she should be proceeding. She had spent the last ten minutes considering the strength of his website, and really not much about how she was going to deal with this HR problem.

"How large is your clientele?" Sierra began. "How much are you making?"

Sean sputtered for a moment, not expecting her to come out of the gate with a question like this. Straight and to the point. Was she trying to trick him into admitting something? Seemed unlikely...she apparently already had everything she needed to can him. So, in the face of certain doom, he decided to just be honest. She couldn't "super" fire him.

"Ummm...I would say about 500 or so subscribers...Pulling in a few thousand a month..."

"500 subscribers, pulling in a few thousands a month..." Sierra did some mental calculations.

"Wow. You mean there are guys out there willing to pay an average of $10 per month for this?" Sierra continued, her voice betraying a bit of excitement.

Quickly catching herself, she chuckled, and added, "Oh no offence intended. I think your site has potential, but I'm still surprised that you can command such a price point."

"Well, what is the biggest selling point of your site?" Sierra continued her line of questioning.
