A heat wave grips the region which leads a mother (a former Playboy Playmate) and her adult son go out fully-naked in public as a way to beat the heat, apparently starting a lewd trend. Men and women going out in the nude showing off their bodies under the blazing sun, leading to arousing feelings

During the heat wave, there were reports of increasing sexual activity, such as a male and femal jerking off together at benches, a man and three women getting wet and wind on water fountains, and couples openly swinging in orgies at city gardens. There were even porn scenes shot at front yards

The trend also created a sexual friendship between the mom and son who started it. A reporter for Naked News interviews the mom and son at a public swimming pool during adult swim hours which leads to a threesome between son, mom, and naked girl reporter with people around them cheering on

Sex in extreme heat I wish I could get inspired by this idea I enjoy getting hot and sweaty during sex but in such heat my sex drive would diminish. I like the public nudity idea but again in such heat I think covering up with light weight fabrics and hats would be more plausible.

Maybe. They are going to want to divert unrest and heat induced rage into opportunities for peaceful outlet. Certainly turn a blind eye to all the public sexual activity. Maybe they declare certain public places as available and where the authorities will not get involved. Certain parks, fountains, beaches, etc are set aside for free use. Activity will attract onlookers and soon there are crowds watching as well as participating, which means ice cream sellers, burger stands, freelance photographers. It becomes a summer festival of love.

Now this is an idea. Not sure if Sirhugs is a Star Trek fan but the pleasure planet of Risa could be the setting for such a story. Especially the mandatory nudity.
