Psychobilly anyone?

I have a friend who loves it, and who laments the lack of like thinking men. pity you're 2000 miles apart.

Im still new to it. In the last year I really started getting in to rockabilly and psychobilly. Ive been a huge punk fan for the better part of my life so I'm suprised it took so long.

Ghettobillies wailed and had awesome lyrics. I dont get that video either. High res video low res audio.

Probably didn't separate the audio and video. I can record a killer video in hd with my camera but if I try and film myself playing guitar I have the same problem. Good video bad audio

Didnt realize Detroit had so many good rockabilly(and sub genre) bands

I love psychobilly... i've seen the Rev Horton Heat, koffin cats, Elvis Hitler and one of the front runners of the genre, The Meteors.

The Rev is playing at the Magic Stick on the 31st and I'll be there..

Probably more rockabilly than psychobilly is a local band called The Twistin Tarantulas...Pistol Pete is one of the best standup bass players I've ever seen..

Cannibal Family - The Wolfgangs

I've seen the Cramps a few times here in Detroit too

Great genre and not enough of it nowadays...if you don't know cowpunk, try that as well..

Edit.
Didnt see they were gonna be in westland.

The long trail, of its travels, shows how much the original has mutated.

Controlled chaos ? It still lives!
