I have always had these "dreams" where i am talking to someone and it seems like a telephone conversation.

I had this the other night with my empath friend.

yes you did. I appreciated it. I have been impressed with him, but remained skeptical as I am anything in show-business. Its all illusion. Why don't people understand that? Sometimes I wish I could be a con-woman. It would be so easy....

well this is what i've done.
i have a friend who would drain me but it took me a few months to notice this was happening. when we get together i am aware that this could happen and just being aware of the potential drain it doesn't happen.

what happens to me is i become sort of tired or sluggish. all you need to do is remain "awake".
it's not about being cold or uncaring.
it's about being aware of your senses.
