I was walking in the desert when I found a head with a screw straight through it, I looked around and found a lot more.

I looked at everyone around me and they had a screw through their skull.

As a fan of Negativland, I am very familiar with Culture Jamming, though I've yet to hear any sexual implications of the practice.

When I first saw the title, I thought it had to do with psychic sex or something -using unnatural powers to molest someone rather than doing it physically.

Heh, that could be interesting. Have a guy walk up to a girl at the bar (or a girl walk up to a guy, or any other combination here), and spark up a light conversation, "Hi, how are ya? How's your evening going? etc." and the whole time just beam super erotic images and thoughts into their head and see how things go?
