I recently found out that snakes are protected under some state and federal laws. Who would vote to protect slithering vermin besides .. well ... slithering vermin?

Snakes are nature's trash. If anything, there should be bounties on them. The more you take, the more you make.

Protecting snakes is like protecting mosquitoes.

I much prefer snakes to rodents. The more of them the snakes eat, the happier I like it.

I don't think that "kill the black snakes" would resonate well in rural areas.

Cite an example of one of these laws and let's see who wrote it.

When it comes to slithering vermin, I don't play favorites, no matter which side of the aisle they slither to.
