Spelling aside, the prostate can be massaged from outside of your body by pressing down on the area between your anus and the base of your cock (the "taint"). It's only a short way inside of you. An internal massage requires slipping a finger into your anus. I've never been able to reach it myself this way, but my Dr has no problem finding it . If you don't have a playmate, then the taint may be your best choice. There's videos on YouTube describing it.
