From my experience and knowledge of the anatomy involved, the Anal orgasm is triggered by pressure into the lower colon and that vagus nerve. That's why woman can have them. I never had them, until recently, when a pegging session was extra deep and fast. It didn't feel like a p-spot orgasm at all. Now I can replicate them, but only in doggie and "getting around the corner" at the end of the rectum and into the lower colon. Great point. I didn't know the name of the nerve involved. This helps. The key is to remember the feeling prostate stimulation gives you, which is different from anal stimulation. You can stimulate your prostate from the outside by pressing on the area beneath your balls and above your anus. (The Perineum) This might help in distinguishing between the two.
