Prosecutors seize New Jersey man's rifle over his alleged anti-Semitism

Local prosecutors seized the rifle of a south New Jersey man, accusing him of anti-Semitism and advocating for the killing of Jewish people, according to court documents. David Greco, a 51-year-old who lives in the Philadelphia suburb of Gloucester Township, was targeted by Camden County prosecutors under a new state law, the "Extreme Risk Protective Order Act," that allows authorities to seize guns from a person shown to be a potential risk.

After monitoring Greco's social media for months, "respondent has threatened, advocated and celebrated the killing of Jewish people and has celebrated the mass shootings in Pittsburgh and New Zealand," according to Greco's federal lawsuit which quotes a court order to disarm him.

Had you and the headline writer had bothered to read the piece before jizzing your screed all over the board, it clearly states that he threatened to kill jews, which was the stated reason for depriving him of his second amendment rights.

Rest easy. . .racists such as yourself can can continue to ascribe attributes to others on the collective basis of merely their skin color as is your right under the first amendment. Threatening other people with violence was never the point of the second.
 
Take out the Jewish and that is still a very dangerous man...Racism had very little to do with it.
 
Watching folks respond to this with, "It's not because he's racist, it's because he wanted to kill Jewish folk" is buckwild.

One would assume he was actually dangerous if they took his guns away but man, these days it's a little iffy. I hope he was cuz while I don't have a ton of problems with red flag laws and shit, I do have a problem with violating a citizens rights cuz we don't like what he says.

If some asshole who spouts "Hitler was right" on the interweb gets arrested, we are no longer a true democracy.

A true democracy is where a shit ton of other people tell him he's a fucking idiot.
